VA Citation Smallmouth

On June 6, 2007 in the lower James River near the Mayo bridge I landed a healthy smallmouth that squeeked over the length limit for Virginia's Angler Recognition program at 20 1/4" The catch was photgraphed measured and released. All of this activity was witnessed and certified by master angler Ronnie Phillips.
